MORANTE - costume designer
Marco Morante is a costume designer and founder of MarcoMarco, a new clothing line
with few boundaries and restrictions. Marco began his artistic development early
with various courses in art history and oil painting. He expanded his involvement
into fashion after beginning introduced to the medium by the amazing team at
"Petro Zillia" while completing his BFA degree in design at CalArts. Marco has
excelled in freeform garment construction and design, creating one of a kind pieces
that accentuate the performer while honoring the intent of his collaborators.
He has designed for the Orange County Performing Arts Center, Dance Moving Forward
Festival, The Parkers (TV), MTV pilot, and numerous dance and theatre productions.
He is a longtime collaborator of Rande Dorn.
